wHat should I know?
First time skydiving? This is the safest place to Skydive in Colorado. We are an hour away from Cheyenne, Fort Collins, Boulder and Denver. Tandem jumps at Rocky Mountain Skydive will have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains, Denver and the Front Range of Colorado,
Things to know:You must be at least 18 years old to skydiveYou must be under 220lb. If you are over 220lbs, it is possible we can still take you skydiving but there is a fee of $2/lb over 220lbs and it is up to the instructor's discrection and weather dependent.You must be in good health. Please bring a doctor's note if you're over 65.Due to unforseen weather delays, please be prepared to spend a few hours at the drop-zone. You must sign a legal waiver. There is a $35 non refundable deposit required with 24 hour cancelation policy. This deposit is good for 1 year post original date of scheduled skydive. You may reschedule if you need without penalty 24 hours prior to your jump.
FAQsWhat should I wear?We recommend wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and tennis, running or skate shoes. No heels or sandals please. Pants are ideal.Is skydiving safe?As with any adventure sport, skydiving has an element of risk. All of our sky diving instructors have undergone rigorous training and certification and all parachutes are packed by experienced professionals. Your safety is our primary concern.Can I bring a camera on the jump?Feel free to take as many photos as you like while on the ground, but for safety reasons you cannot bring a camera on the jump. If you would like photos or video footage, please consider one of our professional photo/video packages! How long will I be there?Ideally, you will jump within an hour of your reservation. However, depending on weather conditions, you must plan to spend at least half a day to a full day at the dropzone. Do I need a reservation?Reservations are not required but they are highly recommended. If you walk-in, be prepared to wait at least a half day to a full day to jump.
